Yannis is a chef with a passion for creation. He was born in Arta and grew up in Athens. He likes spending his free time wandering in the mountains and along paths while collecting materials and dreaming about the future. Inspired by the cycle of life, he collects what is unwanted by other people and brings it back to life in his unique magical way.
